Canon XXI of the Anglican Church of Canada – The Preface Provides the Scriptural and theological basis for marriage in our Church.

Book of Common Prayer, p. 562ff and BAS p. 526ff each embody the Anglican Church of Canada’s theology of marriage – see particularly the opening greetings in each (BCP p. 564 “Dearly Beloved…”; BAS p. 528 “ Dear friends,…”).
